Guru sczin11  IT IS MY OPINION, WE NEED A REALITY RATE, BEFORE THE BUDGET CAN BE RATIFIED, AND SIGNED INTO LAW! That being said, it doesnt matter, how long PARLIAMENT TAKES, WHAT MATTERS IS THAT THE LAWS, AND APPOINTMENTS CONTINUE TO BE PASSED...REMEMBER, WHY ALL THE LIGHTENING NEWS OVER THE LAST WEEKS, IF WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER MONTH? MORE IMPORTANT, WHY BRING THE PARLIAMENT BACK...DURING THEIR HOLIDAY RECESS, IF THERE WASNT GOOOOOOD REASON
