Tony's Court Date

Tony is still scheduled for a Status Conference at 10:00 am next Monday in the US District Court in Kansas City, KS for the 14DailyPlus scam he was involved in. He's had good luck getting this postponed in the past.  Let's just hope that luck has run out on him this time!

He'll get another continuance.  At best, he might get a change of venue from Kansas to Northern California.  And then delay any meaningful court action for more time.

On a personal note, I think I would be okay with a change of venue.  Even though it would probably mean that US District Attorney's office Northern California would require more time to come up to speed on the case thereby delaying the ultimate setting of a trial date, I think there would be some benefit to us and America in doing so.

I honestly don't think that the US District Attorney in Kansas has the juice to put DOJ resources on Tony in California in any meaningful way.  There's just too much distance and working relationships just don't exist.

By moving the case, it would have the DA in Tony's neighborhood working with their local FBI office to get deeper into Tony's current fraud(s) and increase the likelihood that he will be rolled up for violating the conditions of bail.  (Why the bondsman doesn't revoke is beyond me.  I wouldn't carry that paper.)

Anything that both causes him to be accountable for past and present actions is something I could support.

I feel much better about the world now Ponee. Thanks for catching my mistake. I would have still missed it. But, have that feeling it will still disappear.

This was Tony's plan all the time basically to get as much money as possible then close it off. I think he also closed off because he knew that people were on him that Speedy Wallet was his and used that to steal members money as you noticed not one member was allowed to withdraw money and just upgrade.

Tony Renfrow has now closed off his office and I hear now that he owes a lot of money to other people and is being persued. He is also being investigated by the feds.

Where is Solfan? Tony's spokesperson. I have a feeling that Solfan was also indeed part of the plan as well. He all of a sudden decided to cancel all conference calls.

My dear members I think we were all duped by this scammer and forget about 14DP ever coming back again. Please report Tony Renfrow to the authorities as the more people complained the more the Feds are going to have against this scammer. This scambag needs to be put behind bars.

Just another reminder of how a leopard doesn't change its spots.

And the ultimate impact Tony has on people when he does these things and closes up when the opportunity wanes.  

It is my hope that the IRS, SEC and the FBI are all making much paper on Tony, DC, Pam and the other 'people' involved.  Including the wannabes.  Would be nice to wake up to arrests in multiple states.
