RV Reality (Not)

i do not really know if there eever will be an rv/ri. this is out of iraqs hands. you can plainly see the lies and stalling going on and its as plain as day  someone is pulling strings. here are just a few examples the first one bagdad was to pay the kurds  what they owe them 6 weeks ago they are still meeting to decide. next you have the 2014 budget stall  stall stall and now it will be merged with the 2015 budget will that happen? so say they need a budget but they have not had one and survived and will continue thirdly you have the isis crissis that was helped by malaki .one of the main reasons was  oil but it backfired so other countries came in and in the end the oil gets saved and the wealthy get wealthier. if you also noticed m is as guilty as sin is he being brought to face the charges no one of the reasons is political power and not from iraq because if and when  he is jailed many important  people outside of iraq will be accused of crimes. and lastly i know many of you on this forum do not believe this but the elite who controls the money and power do not want us to cash out. in closing remember today is sunday and you know what happens at 5 pm

WELL WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS A "FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE."  COOL HAND LUKE, PERSONIFIED.  YUP, NO COMMUNICATIONS THAT INTEREST US AT ALL.  ONLY 'ROO SPEW.  i HEAR IT IS SOON, THEN VERY SOON, THEN WE ARE ON THE CUSP.  I HEAR GUESSTIMATES OF 3.26 TO 7.70.  I HEAR A LOT OF THINGS, BUT NO TRUTH HAS YET COME FORWARD.

Know what?  I hear a lot of bull malarky.  And no one can prove it all isn't just plain barnyard manure.  The more things supposedly change the more they stay the same.  This thing is getting boring and the lies are spreading quicker each day.  Oh, it is up to our President when it goes? 
Hardly, it is Iraq's currency and the banking world dictate the process.  Gee and then we have reports of tiers, what a joke.  When it goes it goes and everyone will have equal shots at the foreign exchange window.  Anything other than this is purely hog wash.   Anyone who says different just is not in the loop, because no one is in any loop.  Simple, anything other than simple Iraq set the time and amount is just plain circus material.  Come one come all .......  ..
