Re: RV today or Bust
Yea right .... they could hurt it perhaps if they went all in, but in reality China holds the 5th largest gold reserves, (we think, since they are quite secretive about such things,) The four countries ahead of them, Italy, France, Germany and the US in that order collectively hold 16X as much gold as China, with the US alone holding 8X more. My conclusion, were they to try, it would hurt them more than us.

Loved how Exogen tried to convince everyone that if banks wouldn't go along with China's plan that China would 'foreclose' on them.
It's been interesting to see how many of Exo's minions have come out and publicly proclaimed all or part of what Exo is trying to convince the masses of. The pages of a few dinar sites are being cluttered with all of the minions and their postings.
Including the ever present words about the 'cabal.'
Now they are talking about Operation Don't Blink and Timber as some sort of code for something. That and the continuing references to 'Santa.' What a load...

Oh boy!
Exo is saying that this time Santa is really about to come!
Not like the last time he said it. THIS time he's right!

Re: RV today or Bust
It's all fiction, half truths and hype. For example, the concept that China is some sort of economic juggernaut able to control the world. The truth is, they are in worse condition financially than the US. Again, they are very secretive about this stuff, but economists and others who study this stuff for a living, as opposed to conspiracy theorists who only look at what they want to and see what fits their preconceived notions, universally say that the evidence indicates that China has overspent on military and infrastructure. They continue on to say that it is only the central government so tightly controlling everything that has kept the wheels from falling off.
Do they hold a lot of US debt, well yes, they do, approximately the same amount as Japan. But since about 60% of US debt is still held domestically, their 18% or so is no big deal. What about Russia? What about them, they are small potatoes in just about any economic formula you care to look at. Cash reserves, gold reserves, oil exported to the US ... they are at best wannabees.
It might not fit EXO's and others scenarios, but the fact remains that IF there is an economic Juggernaut, it remains the US. We still account for 25% of the world wide domestic product. Only the entire EU combined can come close to the US in that respect. What about all that talk about the US bringing the world to the brink of ruin with it's profligate spending under QE? If you study the facts, and the speeches made by people such as CL, you'll find it was more like the US bailing out the world with that spending. It has been our loans, our aid, and our purchases that to a large extent pulled the world, especially the developing economies, back from the brink. That's why CL and the IMF squawked so loud about a year ago when the Fed first talked about cutting back on new money.
Oh by the way the BRICS? Well, as I recall, their combined GDP is less than half that of the US.

Re: RV today or Bust
Apparently the Chinese have given the US a reprieve for now. Guess we won't have our economy ruined.
This according to RV/GCR on an update posting elsewhere...
Yay.
