He points out a very interesting development worth noting and that is the NEW 10K note is NOT available outside the controlled areas within Iraq. I've checked with several suppliers and this is the case and NO ONE indicated they will have them. VERY INTERESTING since the exchanging of these new notes has been going on (in house) for some time now. He further indicates that shortly here in October the CBI will release a confirming article of the newly enhanced security notes of 5K, 25K and 50K all due for release in the next 90 days although a precise date is unclear at this moment. It will be MOST TELLING if these new notes also will not be available for purchase outside the controlled areas within the country as well.
