Alusi: Maliki's speech is an implementation to his threat to open the gates of hell

BAGHDAD / NINA / The head of the Civic Democratic Alliance, Mithal al- Alusi described Maliki's word last night as implementation for his threats to open the gates of hell.

Alusi said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "Maliki's attack against the president of the republic and raise a formal complaint against him in the Federal Supreme Court is clear evidence that al-Maliki is carrying out his threat to open the gates of hell if he is not assigned for a third term."

He added: "Maliki has threatened a number of Iraqi army officers accusing them of treason because they disobeyed his / coup / orders," as he said.

It is mentioned that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki announced that he will present a formal complaint against the President Fuad Masum, to the Federal Supreme Court for violating the Constitution.

Maliki said in a televised speech to the Iraqi people last night: "The President of the Republic violated the constitution twice, when he extended the period of declaration of the biggest bloc, which ended last Thursday, and when he deliberately failed to mandate the candidate of the state of law the largest bloc"

He stressed in his word last night: "The national and historical responsibility determine for all Iraqi people and its various components and its political affiliations, an active and strong presence to thwart the process of overtaking explicit on the Constitution, which would lead to tear the national unity and eliminate the democratic experiment."

He added: "I call on the sons of the armed forces, volunteers and tribal fighters to stand in their positions and respond with full force against terrorists of the Islamic State and its political allies who declare war on all Iraqis without exception."

The Federal Supreme Court confirmed that the state of law is the largest parliamentary bloc.

A source at the court said in a press statement that "the Court announced a decision confirming that the state of law is the largest parliamentary bloc."
