Said a spokeswoman for the U.S. State Department Marie Harff that the U.S. simply laid the idea of forming an emergency government in Iraq and calls to speed up the formation of an inclusive government as soon as possible.

Harvey explained at a news conference that Washington did not support the formation of a temporary emergency government because it is "a process separate from the framework of the constitution."

"We of course do not support this [ie the formation of an emergency government] and that Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's refusal as well."

They confirmed the statement by Foreign Minister John Kerry during his visit to Iraq, said al-Maliki had told him the commitment of the Iraqi government in the formation of the new government according to the constitution and parliamentary elections produced him.

U.S. spokeswoman called to the necessity of forming "an inclusive government in accordance with the constitutional process as soon as possible," saying that "this is what Iraq needs him now."

And rejected U.S. official confirmed reports of military aid from Iran and Syria to Iraq, and called on Iraq's neighbors "not to inflame extremism and sectarian divisions." http://goo.gl/gFbXod
