Hakim, Sadr discuss updates of political, security in Iraq

Najaf (AIN) –The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, met the Head of Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, at the latter's office in Najaf province on Wednesday.
A statement by the SIIC received by All Iraq News Agency cited "Hakim and Sadr discussed the political situation and the security updates in the country."
"Hakim emphasized the significance of facing the current crisis through consolidated national unity," the statement concluded. /End/
