  Its a great day in Dinarland.  I can't tell you why it did not happen but everything good right now.  The DFI  has been released and if that has been released then you should know what's really going on without going into any depth with it...it's a great reason for us to be excited.

 There was a little bit of turmoil yesterday, one hell of a roller coaster ride in the last 24 hours but right now we are smooth sailing.  Their goal was to try to get to the 1st of June. We were hoping they didn't and we don't know if they are going to or not.  We are just biding out time.

 [Is the contract rate still a possibility?]  Absolutely!

 [Will there still be a walk in street rate, international rate, low and high contract rate?] That's what I heard.   We are waiting for more good news...waiting for a shorter window. Let's see what happens.  It's not the 1st yet.  We don't expect to see the 1st. 

Tony's followers are the most dumb and gullible people on the planet.  These are the people that make obviously ridiculous scams like the Nigerian 419 scams possible.  They will likely keep getting scammed all their lives.

Believe it or not, there's a reason scammers do this.  They make their pitches so outlandish that ONLY the most gullible people respond.  This saves them time from having to weed through people that aren't quite gullible enough to fall for their nonsense, and allows them to focus all their energy on extracting money from the people most likely to fall for the scam.

With all the talk of Paymasters and avoiding SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAINS FOR LONG TERM I thought this might interest you.

There are RED FKLAGs to watch out for, and the most important to consider is CONTRUCTIVE RECEIPT,

For federal income tax purposes, the doctrine of constructive receipt is used to determine when a cash-basis taxpayer has received gross income.^[1] A taxpayer is subject to tax in the current year if he or she has unfettered control in determining when items of income will or should be paid.^[2] Unlike actual receipt, constructive receipt does not require physical possession of the item of income in question.

CASE STUDY

The United States Tax Court more concisely articulated the doctrine of constructive receipt in Davis v. Commissioner.^[4] The court stated that for income to be constructively received, the funds must be made available to the taxpayer without substantial limitations.^[5] At issue was whether or not a taxpayer faced such substantial limitations when a check was available to her at the post office on the last day of the tax year after the mail carrier attempted to deliver the certified letter containing it to her home earlier the same day. The taxpayer was not at home when the first delivery attempt was made and the carrier left a note that the letter would be at the post office for her. The taxpayer retrieved the check from the post office several days later, just after the new tax year began. Courts had previously held that when a taxpayer makes a decision to be unavailable to take delivery of a check, then he will not satisfy the substantial limitations requirement and he will be deemed to have had constructive receipt at the time of attempted delivery. However in this case, the court noted that the check sender specifically informed the taxpayer on a prior occasion that the check would be arriving approximately two months later than it actually did. The taxpayer had no notice to expect that the check would be delivered; therefore she could not have made a decision to be unavailable to take receipt.^[6] The court held that this lack of notice, under the circumstances, meant that she faced substantial limitations on the availability of the funds and that they were not constructively received during the first tax year.<sup>[7]

CONCLUTION

If you have control over your money, and you can be paid your money upon your request, it qualifies as CONSTRUCTIVE RECEIPT. Be very careful of who and how a PAYMASTER arrangement is set up. You might get the big surprise that you did not escape SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAINS RATES. Remember you requested and agreed to this arrangement, and unless you have ZERO control over your money you will not succeed in your plan. Just an FYI</sup>

Actually, every time I post one of his posts, I get sick to my stomach.  I don't think I could handle a whole twitter feed of adoring fans.  I do NOT get it. I can only liken it to the cult mentality.

Well, my post was not in regard to any specific Guru or group. However, I keep hearing about the Long Term and Short Term Capital Gains issue or avoidence of the same.

It is a BEWARE post for any or all to read and check out for themselves. I use one of the largest CPA firms in the country. Full knowing the IRS statutes and having a Red Flag go up right away, I posed the question to them. Gladly they pointed me to the information and wanted to spare me the pain and agony of a fight or litigation brought on by the Internal Revenue Service, and the costs associated with it.

In sharing the information, each person must follow the advice of their own CPA, Tax Attorney, or Financial Advisor. Just be certain you get an "Opinion Letter" from them to protect yourself. I personally am not picking either method to follow, but will follow the advise and opinion of the people who represent me in my business and personal affairs.

Ponee, whichever you like. I just happen to put it here in hopes the most people would see it and understand it is not quite as easy as they are led to believe. Actually, I will leave this up to you. Maybe a seperate post, if you would like to move it there !

Yes I did. I had more to add and blew it. So, Now I will re write it with the changes. If I can only get back to the frame of mind of when I was writing then I will do it tonight.

There is a thread over at TNT thanking Tony & the mods for all they do.  Here are a few of the comments by the faithful (cult members).  CAUTION:  Read at your own risk.  Could cause upset stomach, loss of appetite. nausea and general amazement at how gullible people can be.
