Due to King John I concession in The Holy Alliance Treaty 1213 of the Kingdom of England, the Kingdom of Ireland, and all appurtenances and rights thereto, to her predecessors, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is bound by the permanent concession to His Holiness to this day. These rights and appurtenances also include all land of the United States. By virtue of Congressional Record we discovered that when the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was passed the country came under the Bank of England, and by virtue of the U.S. bankruptcy of 1933 a mortgage was placed on every home. When the United States pledged all birth certificates, credit, and productivity of the people as surety for the bankruptcy, all property and lives therein fell under the administration of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and thus became part of the concession given to His Holiness. Thus all estates, possessions and property of each U.S. citizen and inhabitant became part of His Holiness. Since Her Majesty's agents in the United States have failed in their oath-bound duties to protect the private rights of the people, Her Majesty and her agents are not properly administrating His Holiness's property. Further, if Her Majesty’s agents in the United States are waging war against the people then Her Majesty and His Holiness have a fiduciary duty to provide a remedy, bring their agents into compliance and end the war. Their failure to end the war establishes the evidence that Her Majesty and His Holiness are personally waging war against the people of this world. One must ask, ‘Is the Vatican the One World Government we have feared is coming?’ The reality is that the Vatican holds the title to all of the property on earth. BUT, His Holiness holds the property in trust and by Papal Bull ‘….are answerable only to the Divine Spirit.’ So, all of earth is held in trust. It is said that God gave man dominion over all things …… to hold in trust. We cannot own land as we cannot take it with us when we depart this earth. We are but stewards of the land the same as the Vatican. The Vatican is a legal fiction and cannot own land. Only the people can really own the land. So, the pope is the primary trustee over the global trust which is the earth and He is answerable to the Divine Spirit and takes His responsibilities therein very serious.
