According to the iraqi constitution  the budget must be approved by June 15. We are getting close.

it has always been settled sooner. this time  m and the kurds have been squaking  about oil  now  there is a new twist water. bagdad and  certain areas are low on water but kurstan is very richso now  bazzani says he will cut the water supply so we now have an iraqi standoff. i believe after they get there heads out of the sand they will come to an agreement soon

It would be good if M got a little thirsty but the everyday citizen needs some real leadership.
