Kurdish ministers in Iraqi central govt will withdraw if Kurdistan salaries are not paid

ERBIL-Hewlêr, Kurdistan region 'Iraq',— Roj Nuri Shaways, Iraq's deputy prime minister for economic affairs, said the Kurdish ministers would withdraw from the Iraqi central government if the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region have not been paid.
Shaways said on the sidelines of the investment and trade Forum, held in Germany capital, Berlin "The Minister of the Kurds declared their readiness to withdraw from the Iraqi government in the event of not sending the salaries of employees of the province by the central government." Kurdish Rudaw TV channel quoted.
He declined charging a specific body of not pay the salaries of the staff in Kurdistan region, saying that "the Kurds do not accuse al-Maliki in this matter, but not sending employees' salaries will negatively affects the central government and the Kurdish citizen will loses the confidence in this government," describing this move as fault, calling to fix it. National Iraqi news reported.
Kurdistan Region is passing through liquidity shortage crisis which led to delay the payment of salaries and a confusion in government departments and institutions.
Staff in government departments has gone on strike in Sulêmanî as a result not receiving their salaries last January.
A march has been organized by the Communist party of Kurdistan and Kurdistan Toilers party in Sulêmanî on February 11, to submit a memorandum to the office of Kurdistan parliament about the formation of the government crisis and the delay of salaries and other issues.
The staff and workers of electricity and water departments in Sulêmanî city in Iraqi Kurdistan region protested on February 10, in front of their departments against the delay in the payment of their salaries for January, causing the closure of one of the main streets in the province.
The Kurdistan Regional Government KRG Ministry of Finance released a statement on Monday and announced," the reason for the delay of February's salary of KRG employees is that the Iraqi Ministry of Finance has not send the budget of January yet."
Rich people of Sulemani finance Iraqi Kurdistan government-owned banks, Kurdistan Investors Union put 100 billion Iraq dinars in the Central Bank of Kurdistan Region-Sulêmanî on February 12, which they collected from the region's investors and businessman.
Yassin Mahmud, the union spokesman announced that the Kurdish region's investors and businessmen has promised Kurdistan Investors Union to put 100 billion Iraqi dinars to Central Bank of the Region-Sulêmanî so that they can distribute the employees delay salaries.

at the same time that bagdad and kurstan agreed on somo the fiance ministry in bagdad announced that they will send money to kurstan for jan. salaries
