HOnestly I have listened 6 times and feel like he said NOTHING of VALUE ! A lot of words to say the IMF recognizes  the need for immediate action to stop the downward spiral of the world economy .

Haven't listened yet ... my sound is acting up, but what the IMF wants is for the US to keep spending money we don't have on QE to support the worlds economy. Basically that is what CL said in her speech. So the US is to go broke supporting the rest of the world ... yea right.

Historically, if the US economy gets a cold, the rest of the world get pneumonia.
