hi everyone, i'm new to this site and also new to dinar revaluing, so i am in a learning phase. Have seen alot of different sites, and quite frankly, i don't know who or what to believe anymore! Any enlightenment would be truly appreciated :-) tyvm

Read through the archives here. There are a lot of posts setting out the facts as opposed to guru hype as well as posts debunking much of what the gurus have said. As far as who to listen to, the list is pretty short, Bond Lady and her admins, Kapperoni, TD, and very few others.

I will try to give you some reasonable information. I have done some exchanges with foreign currencies more than a few times.

If and/or when the Iraqi Dinar revalues, it will go at the same rate at the same time to everyone! I don't believe there will be any exceptions!

A lot of BS is going around about special rates, I don't believe this for one minute. You will see different rates if and/or when this happens but they will all be very close to one another!

Hello Florida Guy! I'm living in a land of virtually no winter myself!
As you can see, I have been a member here for some time. I found the compulsion to start posting after reading all the BS from some of the other sites for the last couple of years, most of this through Dinar Recaps! Good, bad or indifferent, they do not always post what you want them to. I know this for a fact!!!!

Hamicat,

I have exchanged the dollar for several different currencies in other countries. You should find several different currency exchange sites and at different banks and exchange facilities in other countries. That way you will see the difference in exchange rates from one bank or exchange facility to another. The rates of foreign currency change almost daily against the dollar. The countries I have exchanged in recently ( the last 2 years ) is Paraguay, Peru and El Salvador. For instance the Paraguayan guarani exchanged 6100:1 in Feb. 2012...the exchange yesterday was 4600:1.
