Why are we waiting when Tony told us 2 weeks ago it was DONE. And where can we get this article that says that Maliki had a preset date of Dec 28th?

Troyboy, my quesion is this, if the preset date was Dec 28th of 2013, then how could the gurus have said it was DONE so many times before THAT DATE?
