International banks refused to deal with the Iraqis because of corruption

Refuse Bank (HSBC) British World Bank accounts of Iraqi background money laundering operations by government officials.
Iraqi businessmen stressed «the future» yesterday (Sunday 6 October 2013) to World Bank (HSBC) in Turkey refused to open bank accounts for Iraqis, including business away from government projects.
The businessman said Kadhim Fahad failed to open an account at the Bank branch in the Turkish province of spare, where branch manager told him that the Bank's Board of Directors in the UK (London) made a decision to stop dealing with any Iraqis because of doubts about the wealth of most Iraqis in recent years which have seen explosive financial allocations disbursed with the Iraqi capital increase suddenly.
Businessman Ahmed said Al-Tikriti who refused his request also that global economic institutions are dealing with the Iraqis as '' thieves of public money and the corrupters», or at least strongly suspicious of smuggling money abroad and global investments.
The HSBC (HSBC), which was founded in 1865 as the Union group of banks and with the British Bank of the Middle East and has branches all over the world and is based in London.
The Lebanese Central Bank recently acknowledged that abuses towards the assets of nine billion dollars in the first half of this year mainly due to Iraqi and foreign investors.
