what is happening soon? i can tell you this the height of the bs is soaring and the creativity of the gurus bs earns them an a. there is still many laws that must be passed and yes they are making progress but it is slowand as they keep making progress m throws them a curve ball such as yesterday there were threats against the parliment building so everyone was evacuated and the same on thur so no meetings and second and third readings of important bills cancelled. if one studies m the closer you get he plays his stalling tactics.  i am not trying to be neg but just pointing out some facts that it will not  happen any second or it is an international thing no it is in iraqs hands and if and when they get there act together it will get done and hopefully by the eoy
