6-28-2013 Newshound Guru Stryker Wow what a day we had yesterday and the week in general. Chapter VII is released and they are into Chapter VI as of yesterday but until the $11 billion is paid in full to Kuwait the UN will continue to control Iraqi's... 1) They have the resources, why not just pay? 2) What is the last step to re-gain Iraq's International status? 3) What will this do to the currency reform?

The answer to all three of these in my opinion is: First, they need a real tradable international currency that is easy to handle. Secondly, they must have a real monetary exchange rate regime and not an artificial one as it is right now called a floating orbit. Thirdly, they must live up to the agreed currency that has all three languages on it and the additional security items as it will be a very valuable currency or why else go through all these processes.

And lastly, they must need to be liquid with all their assets to back their new currency, so that is why they just did not pay Kuwait off, hence the UN is still in charge for now. 3 days left until the second half of Fiscal Year 2013, could it get more exiting then this? Could we really be here folks?

And what makes anyone think they wont spout Stryker answers questions 2879513009forever?  So far as one can tell that is all that has come out of Iraq for at least a decade (or more) why would they change now?  They got the UN to release them from VII by a bunch of apparent hocus pocus maneuvering didn't they?  These people haven't agreed so much as they have lately in centuries.  Anyone betting on how long the so called "truce" will last?  AND Maliki is still in power.  Has he ever told the truth?  Has he ever had any other intention other than being a dictator?  ONLY the Shadow knows!!
Stay tuned for more of " As Iraq Turns."
As to any RV happening any time soon:  IN A PIGS EYE (and we all know how Muslims feel about pigs).  It ain't a gonna happen folks, not now and probably not for a long time -- the hint was above with this " but until the $11 billion is paid in full to Kuwait the UN will continue to control Iraqi's..."  One would figure the chances for that payment to happen are about one in a trillion based on the performance of Iraq to pay it off to date.  Good Luck on that one.
