Question to all who want to discuss this - Why is it that currency talks on Tv never mention the Iraqi Dinar ?

I am looking for a real discussion, not sarcastic hate filled one liners. Anyone have some thoughts on this?

I was watching "The Block" this morning. And, they always have a section that covers world currencies. The only currencies they discussed were the U.S. dollar, the Chinese Yen and the Euro. Neither was the Vietnam Dong mentioned , which was touted as being the other big investment.

My Question is this, if the Rv ( RD, RI etc) of the Iraqi Dinar is so important, why is it never acknowleged or addressed on currency sections of world news?

Why is it a "world wide focus" ONLY in our little world of dinarland? Are we just fooling ourselves? Even though we claim not to be fond of Kool-Aid.... Did we ingest just enough "hopium" early on in our introduction to this RV to still suffer from the illusion of this really being possible?

Another question... Does Iraq really care if they are part of the World Trade Organiztion? They have been limping along all these years and the PTB over there, who are responsible for country changes, are still getting rich, so what do they care about the rest of the country? I mean really, did you read the article I posted about the corruption in Iraq? Those that are in control, have no need for change.

I just lost all I had typed, but in brief, I suspect you do not hear much about the dinar for the same reason you don't hear much about the other 180 some odd currencies. TV and radio live and die by ratings. If it's not bloody, sexy, exciting, racy or doesn't impact the average Joe's wallet, they're not going to cover it. When was the last time you heard mention of the Canadian Dollar, or the British Pound? You don't because they do not have much of an effect on most of us.

If you don't buy into the PP or global reset scenarios, then the dinar becomes just another currency, one that we have made a bet on giving us a solid ROI. Hopefully we are right, but we could also be wrong, and we break even, get out with a loss, lick our wounds and try something else. This is at best a speculative investment, despite what the roos might say, so hopefully you didn't invest more than you could afford to lose.

WTO ascension is really up to Iraq, they apply, the WTO looks over your application and requests additional documentation, that is reviewed, and then the ascension working party enters into negotiations and trade agreements etc. are hammered out. This is not a short process, Heck Russia just ascended to full status in August of last year. There are still a couple of dozen countries in observer status including Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Afghanistan, and several other 'stans, Bahama, and Belarus.
