Hey, welcome to the blog, marisold14.  You mentioned chatting with some of us, was that on another blog or the old OOM?  If so, hi again, if not, good to have you drop by.  '

Hopefully you can find interesting things to discover, discuss, and debate here.  We sometimes have "chats" that don't relate to dinar but are "fun" postings on too numerous subjects to mention.

I am so thankful for every one that has helped educate me in this process. I am not a computer person so I am not sure I am doing this correct.  I would like someone to help me get in contact with Ray. I would like to take some classes with him.  Thank's to all that have helped me.  GOD BLESS

Remember AJ Anderson?  HE is an attorney and financial counselor FOR REAL.  For a while he was involved with the old OOM site and offered investment programming etc.  His information, forms and advise was LEGALLY provided.  I checked him out.  HE was an Iowa attorney, who had an office, reputation, personality, honest back ground and more or less committed to the dinar as he had some of it himself.  He has faded into the sunset, I haven't heard from or about him for some time.  I personally believe he retired as he was contemplating that the last I knew of him.  BUT, I assure you, his retirement was voluntary and legal.  He is probably drifting around looking for gold deposits, as he was a wanna be miner like myself.  Actually you could say people like us prospect a lot and wanna be successful more but mostly we prospect.

I would seriously doubt that the Renfrow Brothers have those attributes.  In fact, we (DDD) have for years uncovered and revealed the contrary in regard these sleezeballs.  If one has a court order NOT to offer something why is it that they would continue to offer that what ever it was?  BECAUSE they are not above board with their dealings!  Either one of those individuals reeks of SCAM ARTIST.   BEWARE.  DO NOT HAVE DEALINGS WITH THEM.  They have no prospects other than serving JAIL time.

Nice to meet you too.  But I have to ask....  Why did you bother to order a copy of the court transcript?  Remember, Tony said he was going to get a transcript to us.  Don't you believe him?  LOL!

NO, I do not think those will ever be coming from Mr. Renfrow. 

He has stated clearly in a court of law he lies. Even so much as lying to the judge and the Federal Prosecutor calling him out on inaccuracies.

You and I were there. Wait til this community gets to read the actual transcript and the comments made that I did not put in the notes.

One down and how many more to go?  The process needs to continue.  The gurus keep talking about a process, well the law is a process in and of itself.  THAT process needs to continue to ferrit out the scumbags and prosecute them as it did Tony.  Unscrupulous dinar dealers included.  Special attention needs to be paid to the lay away and reserve programs.  The more that is investigated the more we will see the extent of the shams that have been laid at our feet with honey coated gibberish to ease our questioning minds. 

AS to Pan and Ray:  Keep on going - the road to Tony's fate awaits you.  One would be surprised if you are not near your goals.  Nice to know that "damage control" efforts are under way.  Those efforts may garner somethingthat is surprising!!!

Newbie here, I found you while doing research on this dinar business. I'm new in all respects, new to the dinar, the zim, and new to the disappointment. Not so much for myself as I am for my Dad, he's believing the dream and I don't have the heart to tell him what I have found. I've been researching for a few weeks and, though it was hard to read your forum, I feel I've found the truth of it all here.

Welcome. Wish we had better news but the harsh unvarnished reality is there is no chance at all of seeing the Zimbabwe Currency being worth the paper it is printed upon. The currency has gone through several iterations, the last being the ZWL which was demonitized in September of last year after being suspended for several years. (Many sites will still list it as ZWD, but that first currency was replaced in 2006.) There is not and never has been a ZIM. Sorry. As to the IQD, the chances of seeing any sort of significant increase in value anytime in the near future are someplace between slim and none.

Fortunately, it didn't take me very long but my heart goes out to my Dad. He has all of his papers ready and is waiting for his 800#.

You are not the only one that has had this happen to them.  Others, unfortunately many others, have relatives and friends in the same situation.  Many have lost pretty much everything.  A friend of mine lost both vehicles, almost lost their house and marriage, and, is just now 5  years later seeing a faint light at the end of the tunnel.  WE all invested one way or the other (some both ways) and not one of us would ever NOT jump for joy and cash in if it ever hit but reality says NOT probable in the near future.

Hang around, participate, pick on some of us, get Horizon to offer her morning coffee clutch again, whatever.  Good to see new people.

Nothing to be sorry about. ZIM is what most of the idiots call it. To me it just shows how ignorant they are.

aksafeone: Thank you. I imagine it might be tough for us newly disappointed to join but I'm not faint of heart. We are going to lose our home but that was the case before I ever heard of a dinar and we are working on a plan B since we raised all of our kids there and they are now all grown. My Dad is hoping to save my sister's home but I can't be the one to tell him that most likely won't happen. Of course, like most, I would love to see it work but being excited and hopeful about something that requires a reality check just proves to be, in my opinion, more devastating. Example: my Dad. I would love to hang around and participate where I can. I lack the vast knowledge that you guys seem to have so I read and learn. I have been lurking and reading your forum, today I decided to join. kevind53: Thank you, "zim" was all I knew. I will try to address it properly when/if discussing it in the future. Perhaps "Z garbage"......?? I must admit, they really are pretty to look at and all the zero's are fascinating to the novice... initially.

They are, I will probably buy a set once the furor dies off and frame it, just because owning a trillion dollar bill tickles my fancy. I already have the mat laid out in my mind, the 1T on top, maybe two so I can show front and back, and the other denominations fanned out below.
