Aswat al-Iraq: Head of Iraqiya bloc said today that if he were Premier Nouri al-Maliki, "he would resign", shouldering USA the responsibility
of Iraqi events, divisions and bloody incidents.

In an interview with Russia Today TV, he added "there were mistakes from both sides".

The differences between Alawi and Maliki dated back to March 2010 for
election results, Maliki's non-implementation of Arbil agreement in
December, 2010 which approved to form the Strategic Policies Council
under the chairmanship of Alawi.
