Guru Bear 5642 says lower denoms are officially in the market place

4-21-2013 Intel Guru Bear 5642 I have great news. I have just gotten off the phone with my contact in Iraq. The lower denoms are officially in the market place all denoms 1s, 5s, 10, 20 and so on. He told me he has his QI card but was not happy with amount. He was told to be patient and they will be reloaded this week when they lift the 3 zeros. [what was the amount?] it was the rate currently. He is a business man and was informed they wanted to issue them first so they install the higher rate when the 3 zeros are lifted this week. As in this week is all I know and he was very excited. He did tell me he would call me with the new amount. All is done I feel we will see this probably Monday.

Is that his QI card that he's not happy with cause its too low?? Or did he he mean he's not happy cause his IQ is too low?.

Me thinks its the latter of the two!!
