Anyone heard of OPPT-IN?

Anyone heard of OPPT-IN or get an email about it? It's going around as I understand it. Stands for One People's Public Trust. Got an email about it this morning, but don't understand the website or what it's for. It's over my head, which is not hard to do. Plus it's legalese and long and tiny print, and the website is confusing, which drives my batty. Those of you who have the patience of Job, please enlighten me.

It appears to be closely related to the whole NESARA. The site IS terrible and poorly designed and the documents border on gibberish at times, but as near as I can tell, some people with just enough knowledge to be dangerous have filed a bunch of documents with little if any legality with (I think) registrars of deeds(?) with no legal jurisdiction.

As best as I can tell, they seem to believe they have foreclosed on all corporations, governments and international agencies like the BIS. They base this on the fact that if a bank can foreclose on you by completing the legally required paperwork and steps and then filing in court, then they can foreclose on them by doing the same thing minus the courts.

Might be good for a few laughs especially on the part of whoever you try to use this on ...
