Discussion States No RV Until "AFTER" Feb 15th

Based upon this information (which is a discussion between Dan of PTR and a special guest) if this information is correct we shall "NOT" see an RV until after FEB 15th

I'm wondering on what you based your comment?
Did you listen to the call?
If you didn't, the main problem being faced is Taxation and that the Lawmakers are experiencing difficulties in knowing what to do, as so many different scenarious are being created and each scenario has it's own set of unique problems causing considerable complications.
Abe is one of the Law Makers that is directly involved in the taxation issue and is stating that a meeting on Feb 15th "MAY" clear the way for the RV to occur but "NOT" before the 15th, as that is when this important meeting takes place.
I guess time will tell the truth.

We are in February. Remember CBI (yeah them - the Central Bank of Iraq) both al-Shabibi and this new guy BOTH have said the change needs to be at the beginning of the year - not the middle.
For accounting purposes - even IF they did change mid-year - it would not occur until the end of a quarter- hence March. Since the 29th and 30th they are closed, and the 31st is a Sunday where they could be closed, I don't see it before then - period.

My eye is on the 23rd...not for an rv...but because it is when Iraq is kinda on their own.

SEB - yes, thank you. Thought we might have to get a storage unit but it turns out the only 2 casualties are the piano and a wardrobe. One we couldn't lift (that would be the piano) and the wardrobe will stay in the 1 car garage. Thats the gameroom anyway - I never park indoor.
The new owners of the old house can play the piano. The daughter that plays has a full keyboard from her gramps, so she's fine.
The new town is exactly that - a town. Country feel with modern conveniences. Love it. Haven't had to drive more than 7.5 miles to get to anything. Talk about a reduction in a gasoline bill. (Dodge Ram that gets 15 mpg). Kids getting enrolled tomorrow to start Monday. Have to make another trip back to the old city to finalize, so we will spend some time with the oldest without having to be rushed or working.
All in all - it's good to be settled, and hopefully this is the last until the RV - When I will PAY someone to do it for me.....haha

The reason for the holdup. Listen to Abe in the begining! Taxes, Taxes and more Taxes! But there is away around those taxes, read 26 USC sec. 643(a) and then (3)! Providing you do not distribute any of the winfall to beneficaries in that taxable year. And the trust must be a qualified trust, meaning it must be irrevocable and you have no ownership of the assets. But, there is away you can get money from your trust without double taxation to you.

Thank you, all is well now that time has passed after a death in the family which called me away most of 2012, due to family rebellion. I also was on the hunt for gold and was somewhat succesful. Heh ... I was supposed to learn about panning gold this past summer, but the person who was going to teach me became seriously ill. Coupled with all the stream bed changes after Irene, it never happened. Yes, there is gold here in VT, and not a little.
