They should do that down here where I live- People drive 55-60 on a road with a 40 M.P.H. speed limit, trucks, emerg,. vehicles,, tractor trailer trucks-I wonder what 100 gallons of used transmission fluid would do on a 'rainy' night, on a curve, on a grade, at that speed? Nobody would see it-

OKAY!!! NOW let's see what it can do with a Peterbuilt. Or a tank? How about a APC? Ultimate penalty - makes one wonder about "due process." I guess the "due process" in this case is the act of distruction - due to violation of the law. Hmmmmm, I can think of a couple of places this could come in handy - hmmmmmm. What does the PTB that is in charge of this RV drive? Me thinks just the threat of this type of enforcement may get the PTB to actually DO THE RIGHT THING. What do y'all think? Oh, they are not intimidated by anyone? OK.
