Just a personal note.

This is good news, but we have had sad news about President Talibani.

Please note: 3 days before Kuwait announced reinstatement of the the Kuwaiti Dinar - they announced the assasination of the Prime Minister of Finance - who then 3 days after the announcement of his death - announced the RI.

I truly hope Talibani is not seriously ill (as I believe that if it were that serious they would have already accepted the offer from Turkey for and Ambulance plane to take him to the destination country for the hospital of his choice). My hopes that he recovers quickly.
