Most likely a member of the Finance Committee MP / coalition in Iraq / Auzmn Hassan al-Bayati, approve the supplementary budget after the Eid al-Fitr and the allocation of half of the electricity, noting that the objection the World Bank came to some of the paragraphs of the operational budget, but not all.

And the federal government announced earlier in the approval of the supplementary budget for 2012, the current amount up to about (11) trillion dinars and will be delivered to the House of Representatives for approval, noting the allocation (40) thousand degrees and careers as a need within the immediate supplementary budget.
