Prayer request for poppy III

Although we may not agree with someone's Guru "politics" we still have it in our hearts and minds to see our hearts come to aid another. Appearantly Poppy III has b Falen and broken his shoulder blade and is in the hospital. You can either leave your well wishes here or post on Dinar Recaps. The report is - Pops broke his shoulder blade and they were waiting for
a CT scan to come back before they let him go. I was down there but
theres no way I would have gotten past the ER nurses. They almost didn't
let Mrs Poppy back there.
[BGG] He just got a second shot and was resting while they wait - looks good. Don't think he hit his head.

God I know that You know everything that Poppy3 has gone through
today. Father God we lift him up to You tonight and we ask that Your
Mighty Hand be on him, let Your healing hand touch him in a mighty
way.

Lord we know it is Your desire to heal Poppy3 fully and completely and we stand before You believing for his complete healing.

Your
Word tells us that if we ask for bread You don't give us a stone so I
know dear Lord that every prayer that has gone up for Poppy3 from around
this Nation, and yes even around the world, has been heard by You and
You will answer.

Lord we ask You give the medical doctors
wisdom for his care. We ask that Poppy3's family be strengthened and
renewed as the eagles as they wait and pray for his healing to manifest
by the healing touch that You will complete in him.

Father GOD we praise You for raising him up fully healed and restored ... in the Blessed Name of Jesus we pray AMEN AND SELAH

They just posted on Dinar Recaps that he broke his shoulder blade and had been given a couple of shots for pain. They were waiting to see what the CT Scan came up with, but did not think he had hit his head. Poppy3 is a tough cowboy and probably this isn't his first fall from a horse.

Prayers go out to you Poppy3, get well soon.

An update posted this morning revealed that he also has 3 broken ribs and some internal bleeding. They kept him over night in the hospital. Sounds like he took a pretty good fall. We pray he gets better soon. May his pain be eased by an RV.

As a Christian, I will pray for him.....

Chevysteve- That sounds like a complete contradiction of terms, if you know what I mean- What's up with that? You have to keep in mind that we are all created in God's image- And somehow, that doesn't seem to fit in anywhere that I can see-God does not like what we do at times, but will forgive us as his children-Maybe you could use a 'Refresher' course?? Just sayin':cheers:

I heard something once that we all should practice ... I don't always get it right ... but that's OK, that's why I'm still practicing ... anyway, God spoke to someone .. don't remember who now, and said "Whenever you look at another person, say our Father." If we do that we are reminded that He is the Father of every one of us, and loves all His children. It makes you see people differently when you realize that truly He is our Father.

[Honugirl] I just left poppy3 at the hospital... he is in a lot of
pain. They are not taping him so every movement is difficult.

He knows he has a lot of prayers going up for him and that means a lot. His wife needs them too.

Sounds like they have released Poppy3 and he is home. Also sounds like the horse will be sold as it also stepped on his wife's foot!!! Not good. Also sounds like Poppy 3 was injured more severely that first thought. We pray he heals soon.

I am praying for poppy and no matter what anyone thinks of him does not matter. I don't really follow his stuff, but I know that he and his family need prayer and that shoud be nuff said.

Well, Poppy, I have been in extreme pain for about 6 months now. What I can assure everyone it is a very hard road. The only way I can see it, your injury should heal a little each day, at least we will pray to this end. I do hope and pray that you are able to stay still and pray yourself to sleep. That's what I find works best... One of my biggest mistakes is not pressuring the Dr. to give me a strong enough pain pill, which I finally did a week ago. I now have Morphine and as impossible as this sounds my pain many, many times is not even touched by the Morphine. There is a very good change yours may be if that is what the Dr. would prescribe for you...

My suggestion starts here - if the Dr. will give you a strong pain pill, take it. My cost is out of pocket and what the Dr. was giving me did not work and cost a fortune. So I told him it wasn't working and I can't afford it. He went on his phone and found that Morphine was the "cheapest" and it is definately the best. I have been told we do not heal when we are fighting these kind of pains, so by not drugging myself I have lost a lot of healing time, if what I was told by someone is true . So, please, try to get some med's that work and if you only take them when you need them I was told by a friend I would not become addicted. You can ask the Dr. that... That's what I am counting on, plus The Lord, of course, He is first...

The DR. told me to be very careful taking the Morphine because he knows I don't take medicine and my body is very sensitive to it. So, he had to explain to me that when my pain was so bad the medicine was not touching it, I could take some more because what I took was not enough for the body, but to be very careful because people have gone to sleep and never awoke from an overdose.

I mention about myself because I want to make sure everyone reading this understands it is my experience, but would encourage Poppy to have some pain medication so that he can make it through the very tough times. Sometimes the Dr.'s just don't understand how bad we are and we need to be very explicit. Here is hoping and praying that your pain will be brought under control in a short period of time as my heart goes out to you and anyone else in this situation at this time...

PP and others who are paying full price for your medications check out these two sites. I don't pay anything and I get a good discount-actually I may have paid a tiny bit on the first one. Here is just a bit that I copied from the first site re: your morphine-I had to guess at the mg. and days' supply. I put in 3x a day too.
