How I read it is they want it to be 1000 = $1
compared to what it is now, @ 1163 = $1
If I'm reading this correctly then we do have movement, just not a lot yet.

you all did notice the last paragraph of the article, right? "IN THE COMING MONTHS" they are looking forward to it being 1000 dinar = $1. I think that would mean at least September before anything good happens. Hope for a lot sooner.

1,000 IQD = $1.00

10,000 IQD = $10.00
