Five leaders meeting in Erbil hold a second meeting after the deadline of 15 days

Thats the issue, Erbil was agreed to by all patrties, but one of the parties (Maliki) has yet to implament it. But also out there is the, two ministers and the HCL.

Yes, one of the ministers came right out and said they were ready to seat the ministers, pass ERBIL and the HCL in "a matter of hours." The article is over on changesXchange. I think it was posted on Friday.

ERBIL, May 13 (AKnews) - Iraqi President Jalal Talabani wants PM Nouri al-Maliki to stay in his post, confirmed anonymous sources, adding that Kurdistan's President Massoud Barzani and former prime minister and head of Iraqiya Iyad Allawi are against the PM staying.

Sources told Kuwait's al-Seyassah news website that Talabani wants to solve Iraq's ongoing issues with Maliki in his post. The sources added that Talabani has tried to convince the head of the House of Representatives Osama Nujaifi to remain with Maliki's government.

Al-Seyassah also reported that Sadrist leader Muqtada al-Sadr is against Maliki remaining in power. Sadr, Barzani and Allawi want to replace the PM with someone else in the National Alliance.
