MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

1 box 18.5oz butter cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1-11oz can mandarin oranges undrained
Combine all above ingredients , mix by hand, spoon equally into 3- 8in cake pans floured( I use cooking spray)
Bake 350 degrees for 15 min. till done, set aside to cool..Make sure when they come out they are not stuck to bottom of pan
Frosting::
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup sugar
3oz package of instant vanilla pudding
1-1lb.4oz can crushed pineapple drained
Beat whipping cream till it forms peaks, add sugar mix, add pudding mix, then add pineapple mix. frost in layers Keep In Fridge.....
Had raves about this on easter cake was gone in 15 minutes
