DevaronDLH. Dr Sahbibi is a renowned economist and financial planner. He has been placed in this position for a very good reason. WE might not know the why's and why-nots but I am pretty sure this guy with his credentials has a good clue what he is doing. He will do for the betterment of his country and the currency therin. This thing will be completed when the time is right and when everything is in place, Not before.

And I will add one other thing to Rick's post. He surely will not do this simply because it is needed in other parts of the world. He is going to do what is best for IRAQ. Not the rest of the world. JS.
