Dinar spread sheet

This is not mine, I got it from DRKHRSE over at dinar speculator a few years ago. I have modified it since his original design. I also have a macro in there. It is just there for some added functionality. Anyway open it with excel and start playing with it. I hope you find it entertaining and helpful to some extent.

There are 2 tabs - Input and Results.... Plug #'s into the Input tab and see what happens... The #'s in the Investment Column are set for ONLY 3% return on investment - the investment is set for 30 Years and using 50% of the principle - thereby still leaving an inheritance of 50% of the original...

This is NOT intended to be Gospel, just to get everyone thinking "what happens if I DON'T buy everything today and invest some money"

On the expenses side I modified the spreadsheet to include my 10% tithe off of the gross, not the net after taxes, expenses, and toys...

Much more realistic for me. Also, since no one knows what the true tax rate will be, I just use 35% across the board (long & short term capital gains), and that will be reasonably close enough for me... In other words a flat 35% wasted on the government, who thinks they can spend the money more wisely than me... :shock:
