Anyone know what needs to be "reconfirmed"?

Is Bulldog saying it RV'd, but needs to reconfirm? I have no clue by this post taken from Dinar Guru.
2-24-2012 Guru Bluwolf we are trying to get concrete confirmations at this time... its happening we just have to reconfirm it. Let us see what we can find out.

They found out that passing a budget does not equal an RV. Shabbibi said it...3 phases....6 months per phase...we are at the very start of phase 2... which started in late January......so we wait....

The return of Jesus Christ is happening right now also. It has been confirmed! My link: The Bible
The RV is happening NOW too. Everything prior to the actual day is the journey to reach the destination.
Nobody knows the day or time for either event.
May God bless us and keep us strong through to the end. I believe Him with the first senario. I pray the second senario happens soon. However the first is FOREVER, and the second will only be temporary. I am ready for EITHER. Are you?
