:| If the Dinar did RV in-country wouldn't the bankofbaghdad.org have the Iraqi Dinar on there currency exchange list?

To my understanding they can RV in country but they are aloud to hide they in country RV...So it would not show tilll it is released to the world Banking sys.

Yes it would. Plus every one in Iran would be going over the boarder to exchange their Dinar! So there is no way this would be kept secret. We would know about it from more than the guru's.
