UN Operational Rates 2/1/2012

UN Operational Rates have been updated for 2/1/2012 if that means anything.

No change to the IQD

Wow, I am surprised they did not update to the 1166. rate!

I don't know. I don't think so. I just thought it was interesting that they didn't even change it to the 1166 rate.

No it doesnt mean anything as far as I am concerned, since it clearly states its for INTERNAL use. So they dont necessarily use the rates from the central banks. JMHO
