This site is now not worth the time. You have essentially now neutered yourself. An occasional post from Okie, Bear, and Bulldog takes 5 minutes or less a day to read. I don't want to forget the rare Scotti posts. If they shared more often, it might be worth the effort. In my opinion and my opinion only, you have ruined this sight. Just my point of view. I loved coming on here and reading the info several times a day. I guess I have now found more time. To bad that adults can't determine what they discern as entertaining and factual. I guess this has now become like the US Government, you will tell us what we need to hear. Pitiful

So essentially you came here to read rumors... rather than the news or other discussions...

This is nothing like the gov, its a privately owned forum that allows public participation free to the members. It was built for Okie and friends... not the guys that have their own sites...

and we are not telling you what you can and cant do... you are more than welcome to read all of that on the link that has ALWAYS been on this site on the left... to dinarrecaps...

its not censorship either... its not allowing the call of the rv everyday... only to have it not happen everyday, and end up with a bunch of upset members.

Actually, no, that's not why I came to this site. I came here to hear from Okie. However, I find it useful to hear what anyone has to say. I daresay that most of these other folks with "intel" are doing their best to provide us with what they think accuratet information is. I really believe that most all of them, including Okie, are sharing their info in good faith. If they've been provided with erroneous info or that info they provided lost it's accuracy due to circumstances none of us may ever really know about, I can't fault them. I just like to hear from a broad spectrum of people and to draw my own conclusions. I think the truth probably lies somewhere in the middle of all the information that's been brought to this site. I just think it's a shame and I'm disappointed.

Oh, and by the way, seems to me that until the RV actually takes place, it's ALL rumor!

Ditto + 1. Guess we can get everything on Dinar Daddy's and currency newshound sites that we getting here as far as the Okie, ScottieG, Bear and everyone else. They do post those in the RUMOR SECTION by the way. Reckon there is no real reason to come here anymore.

Any investor with any savy is not going to read rumors and expect them to be true. This is life and those who do not understand that should not have gotten into this investment. Rumors are based in a bit of fact. Any manager worth their salt knows to keep abreast of the rumors that are floating out there. Until the RI/RV is posted at the banks and ForEx, EVERTHING is a rumor, even what is published.

And, by the way, I always thought that "Okie Oil Man & Friends" meant all of the members. At least that was what I was told when I was asked to come and join right after this site started. Reckon not.

How is it censorship when members voted for what they wanted?? Really? OOM is meant to be a solid well grounded place for information about our investment. We are simply taking out the "garbage" that is hurting folks everyday who are hanging on every word of some that are just living in the limelight. Calling the RV every other day or making up stories just to have something to say is just hurting too many people.

OOM site will remain a place of information from Okie and his trusted wingman where folks can get the truth and up to date info. I personally don't want recycled info every hour of the day. Okie and our other intel providers have LIVES outside of here and do not come in everyday.. SO WHAT?? They share what they can WHEN they can and don't forget ... they do that for free...

If hype and drama are what you are wanting.... there are many places in dinarland you can get just that... Here at OOM we are focusing on facts and truth... the good and the bad. That my friends is NOT censorship it is a respectable site to be PROUD of. Whether we have 500 members or 5000, QUALITY is way more important than QUANTITY....

Miskebam I commend you for your leadership here and for allowing folks to let their voices be heard... YOu can't please everyone... DOING WHAT IS RIGHT ISN'T ALWAYS POPULAR.... besides, POPULARITY is over rated!!

I know why the site was designed and I came here to read all information available and make an educated decision on what I deemed was credible and what was not. Implying that was my only reason for being here was not correct. By the way, tell when all of the information that Okie and the others on here has always proven to be correct? I am not trying to start any type of argument because I enjoy their articles but be honest, they aren't on very often and don't post like they use to.

By the way, we have been flying in 747's and baking at 440 for months now. Is that rumors or speculation? As I said in my previous post, I am an educated man that can decide for myself what is sensible, rumor and hearsay. Since we are still circling in that 747, maybe we should have it land and turn the oven off because I consider that calling an rv almost everyday too. Just my opinion. Again, I am not trying to be disrespectful to the individuals providing what intel they have but it works both ways. I really appreciate their efforts and time they take to give what they can just as others do.

Ironically, you allow so much other garbage on this site that is hearsay I just find it ironic that you censor others that brought dinar info here. I know you have them in other forums but all of the political crap, the Ron Paul stuff, all of the conspiracy theories of how the government is behind all of the evils of the world and we choose to cease rumors about the dinar. I just find it strange. Over the past few months, this place has changed. With all of the people whining and complaining about this or that and if I didn't know better, I would have thought I was at DV. Thanks for letting me share my thoughts and I am sure I am not the only person disappointed in your vote but that is how it works.

Nowhere in my statement did I imply that censorship was being enforced on this site. Nowhere in my post did I imply that having a vote was wrong or that majority rules was wrong. I never said anything about it being a paid site and I thanked them for sharing their time and intel. If you are going to be defensive, at least state my facts correctly. Again, if the site voted to remove the information that they consider rumors, that is the way it is. However, I can still have my opinion on why I disagree with it. If that is not allowed, then that is censorship.

I am just stating that as an educated adult, I can discern what is factual and what is not. How is people posting information hurting others and why would they be hanging on to every word? If that is the case, again why are we still flying around in the 747 and baking at 440? Is that not implying that the Rv is at hand or close? The only difference I see is that it comes from 1 of the wingman and not from the outside. I am not mad, angry or upset just disappointed. You on the other hand seem to be very defensive that someone has a difference of opinion with you. I noticed the Caps on your words and this site can be great with 500 or 5,000. I agree it is not the amount of members, it is the quality of the members that make o break a board. I posted very little but I always enjoyed reading the information that was on the site. I didn't address any one specific person in what I posted it just happened to come after yours. If you think I am being defensive, I am...... not because someone has a difference of opinion, everyone is entitled to that... however I sincerely love and respect Okie and what this site stands for. You see OOM is more like a family of folks that come here looking for information. This site was built on Christian values and that is why myself and so many others come here. I sincerely care about the members here and enjoy the positive atmosphere. I look at it like this... I would not allow someone to come into my home and say whatever they want in front of my family just because they have the freedom to do so because it is MY house and MY rules. With that being said, understand that I consider Okie, his trusted wingman , admins, fellow mods, and the members here as extended family. I for one am thankful to Miskebam for doing the Spring Cleaning a little early.

Wow this turned into a hot mess...I agree with some then not others..but in America that's the choice we have...me I don't really care who posts and who doesn't but like the one post states until it RV's..it's all rumors...I just think that to be fair if you pick and choose who's rumors we are to read..isn't his kinda what Iraq does with the news they care to give us to read??? Does one's position in here give special rights and treatments?? just curious...and if this is to be christian based forum...there sure is a lot of judging going on...what happened to Thou shall not judge?? Just curious..we can all go to other sites to catch up on rumors that are no longer here...but I am not really sure about the direction at this late stage of the game.....
