Dinar Lop Theory

If the lop were to occur, how would that affect the people who have dinar in their accounts in Iraq? Let's say a person doesn't have hard currency but has in their account 75,000 dinar. Will they lop the zeroes off of that as well? From what I am understanding a 25,000.00 note would be worth 25.00 according to the lop theorists. If your funds are not hard cash but digital in your account, then the lop wouldn't affect you at all?

I hope that makes sense as to what I am thinking.

What's the overall opinion on this?

Lop/redenomination affects all notes, all bank accounts, all loans, all salaries, etc. They cant pick and choose what to lop and what not to. That would be unfair to people. Its even across the board. So those that tell you puttin your dinar in Warka will protect you from a lop are lying. And those that say the smaller denominations out now (250,50 etc) wont be affected are lying to you.
