My sons and I have purchased Dinar as of last year. One son lives in another state and has only purchased a small amount of Dinar. myself and the other sons are going to give him some of our Dinar. Can we set up an account for him on the cash in at a bank in Texas, when we cash in, or does he need to be present. Thanks. :?:

i think you will find that most[if not all] banks in texas will require the presence of an account holder to open,but if you make it a joint account with you or one of his brothers then he could sign the signature card later.

Trusts and Corporations would also have different rules ... contact your friendly neighborhood lawyer for guidance in that respect.

If you are thinking of doing this for tax purposes its not gonna help. He will
be taxed in the state where he resides.

I'd call the Bank... Think you can open as a primary and get him a signature card to sign as secondary. That way you would be ready. People get accounts for their kids all the time and there has to be a way to do that which you could use...
