it RVs before Dec. 31st, if you have it in your possesion and they
are going to tax it, so if you are giving it away - do it now or people
will be taxed twice on the 15% flat tax...I saw the form is out today... there is a 10K fine for EVERY MONTH THAT YOU DO NOT CORRECTLY TELL THEM HOW MUCH FOREIGN CURRENCY YOU HAVE, 10 thousand dollars!!!!! EVERY MONTH...and 40% interest you will pay for not reporting it!! They have thought of everything. PAY YOUR TAXES ASAP.

So then what is the point of a trust then? The idea of a trust was to delay taxes until you used the money. How can the make you pay taxes if it does not revalue before 2012? You have gained nothing if it does not revalue yet, right?

To the common sense person the only thing they can tax you on is what you spent to buy dinar, and that is double taxing because you claim an income if you work. Sorry but this sets by boiler a boiling.

The IRS wants to know who has over 50k U S value, in dinar or more for a single person. See the post I did the other day for the full schedule. We went through it there. If any other questions please ask there and I will try to help even though I am not a IRS or cpa but see your accountant either way, Always...rick152

I never saw where it referred to currency. It discussed foreign assets like property or having money in a foreign acct.

People, follow me on this thought process. Tony eats Hot Dogs daily (that's why he looks like a 452 pounder). Interesting ... This issue has been brought up a number of times, at least 4 by my count. As near as I can tell, and AJ who is better qualified than I has confirmed it does not apply. Here is the link to the PDF of the form: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8938.pdf and the instructions: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i8938.pdf

Notice that currency swaps are listed, but not foreign currency held in country. Further since we already know that the IRS has rules regarding capital gains when exchanging foreign currency, it just does not make sense. I believe that this new form and rules are designed specifically to make it harder to cheat by hiding $ out of country. As always, consult your tax adviser.

No doubt there!! Tony is incapable of telling the truth. And it's so obvious. I really feel for the people that actually listen to him, and I REALLY hope they don't listen to him after this RV's. He will have their money in no time..

Tony is a legend in his own mind... and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him - he will have people's money in no time. They (TNT and Checkmate) are the "ones" they warn people about!! IMO, of course.... YSK

It does not matter if you believe the 'rest' or not, but we're dead serious about the info and I don't think any of us share this lightly or to be flippant... you can do some research of your own, or you can say 'walk on by' but - for me - I validate the other guys cos there are SO many new people who just don't know some of the shenanigans some of us older guys have seen... and again, it's all good, anyone can believe whatever they wish... That $10,000 per month fine & 40% interest imposed in 2011 is really going to add up for some people. Maybe someone will call in and ask Tony to give an update on this.
