The above link will take you to Google docs where you can download this program to your downloads folder.
This is a very small approx 32k exe file that I wrote using VB6.

You can enter in a rate in USD into the USD wish rate box enter in the amount of dinar you have into the My dinar box, and click on the Calculate with Wish Rate button.

You can enter in the CBI rate into the CBI Rate box enter in the amount of dinar you have into the My dinar box, and click on the Calculate with CBI rate button.

You can enter in the percentage tax rate you expect to pay on your dinar exchange and it will calculate the tax for you.
Do not enter the percent sign or decimal values in the Tax Rate box.

This is a very clean program and should not require any additional dll files to run.
