sometimes you got to wonder about the translations of these articles. Auction Bankrupt in one sentence, concerning the ministries? What are they taking about? ok, lets bankrupt the position, meaning remove maliki since he's in it and have an auction to replace him? wow, I would say we need the translators to pick some different words. lol
