أكدت إدارة محافظة ديالى، الأربعاء، أن ميزانيتها لعام 2012 المقبل البالغة 148 مليار دينار لن تسد سوى 15 بالمائة من حاجتها الفعلية لمشاريع الإعمار والبناء، داعية الحكومة الاتحادية إلى مراعاة الظروف الاستثنائية الصعبة للمحافظة من جراء التدمير الكبير الذي خلفته فيها أعمال العنف.
