This could be nothing but ....
Have been checking yahoo 'Basic Chart' for a while now and today the range has changed.
It's showing -1.0 to 1.5 for 1 day - http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=IQDUSD=X&t=1d&l=on&z=l&q=l&c=

Previously it always looked like what is show for greater than 1 day eg 5day - http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=IQDUSD=X&t=5d&l=on&z=l&q=l&c=
Range: 0.0008550 - 0.0008580 {roughly}

Look at the range on the GRAPH's right side.

Yahoo has showed some strange rates in the past. Seems every few months something like this pops up,
