Question:
“If you were to purchase dinar would you buy the 25K note or 50K notes and what year or does it matter?“

It doesn’t really matter.  I suppose it matters for someone that has a limited amount and they’re looking for diversification.  For example if you have a 50K note – you’ve got to exchange that 50k note but if you have two 25k notes you can exchange one and hold onto the other one.
