There was an article about a week ago, basically stating, “the rise in the exchange rate is a temporary situation that came after internal and external effects of applying international standards.” Application of the international standards is the set up for the float to be released internationally. We were told the beginning of December to expect a good Christmas, meaning rate change but this process didn’t get started until the 24th. We are seeing this come to us like a freight train with the float first.
