What law is important to us now?  What law are we looking for? IMO the budget law is the spearhead of all laws…Not the HCL.  Because the Budget Law has the HCL in it.  It is the Budget Law, that is what we are looking for.

FIREFLY: The CBI is talking…they’re saying it’s still too early to introduce the 20,000 note into circulation…we agree.  Not until we have a seated government and open budget then maybe they could do that…

FRANK: The 20K…may be a deterrent.  It may be a smokescreen.
