[Response to Guru Militiaman 4-11-2022] The intel provided has talked about removing as many 3 zero notes as possible. Now we are to believe too many were taken in?   If the NSCN's have indeed been printed & the budget is soon to be opened, I see no reason to release more 3 zero notes, when the same liquidity issue could be resolved by releasing the NSCN's. If they release more 3 zero notes, I consider that very bad for something that we all seek in the near future. Lining the poor's pockets with 3 zero notes, although a good theory.... that in itself would go against the removal of the 3 zero notes to begin with imo.

Article: "A legal expert reveals a surprise: The caretaker government can send the budget to Parliament " Quote:  "The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faeq Zaidan, confirmed on Saturday that the Iraqi constitution permits the declaration of an "emergency government" despite the absence of an explicit text for that..."  The caretaker government for some time was in limbo imo. As far as them continuing was never a complete doubt, after all many articles mentioned them continuing another year potentially if all else failed, which it did. I still do not think they had full authority until recently with the courts decision imo.

The food security law, something I had never heard of until recently, talks of a mini budget to replace the general budget. This new food security law seems to as well prove the theory that the current government does not have the authority to send the 2022 budget. For the record....I pray my thinking is wrong & the budget is sent to parliament & when opened, it contains what we all seek.

Article: "Parliamentary Finance: The draft food security law will be merged with the budget if this happens" This new food security law is talked about a lot lately...I had mentioned ...that an article spoke of this law having a mini budget included. That article also had stated that it would be a substitute for the general budget...I am starting to think that this new law & the possible mini budget will likely pass & be used to get them through until the 2022 budget is passed further down the road.
