Baghdad / NINA / - The President of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Firas Al-Hamdani, discussed with the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq, Ali Reza Güni, the most important issues related to the joint economic, commercial and investment sectors and ways to develop and enhance them.
The Baghdad Chamber of Commerce stated in a statement, "The President of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Firas Al-Hamdani, received the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq, Ali Reza Güni, and the Chairman of the Joint Business Council between Iraq and Turkey, Jaafar Al-Hamdani, and discussed with them the most important issues related to the joint economic, commercial and investment sectors and ways to develop and strengthen them through bilateral meetings and the continuation of relations." and facilitating the procedures of mutual trade work between the two countries.
The head of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Firas al-Hamdani, said, according to the statement: "We are ready to cooperate with Turkish traders and investors, and we have formed a committee to prepare a joint economic and trade forum. We will grant businessmen and merchants of Turkey willing to work in Baghdad the entry visa and contribute to their full support for building Iraq, developing its economy, and revitalizing trade with all Its types, especially investing, opening productive projects, and building housing units, eliminate the housing crisis in all Iraqi governorates.
For his part, Turkish Ambassador Ali Reza Güni affirmed his country's readiness to cooperate with Iraq, support its economy, develop the stages of rehabilitation of its infrastructure, introduce hundreds of investment companies and participate in activating the joint agricultural and commercial production program between the two countries, and that Turkey plans to hold a conference with the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce because we see that the private sector has The great role in developing the Iraqi and Turkish economy, and we will work to conclude joint agreements."
The head of the Iraqi-Turkish Business Council Jaafar Al-Hamdani stressed that "the economic and trade relationship between the two countries is very strong, and we seek an economic forum that supports the commercial sector and joint cooperation between the two countries, in addition to establishing Turkish-Iraqi exhibitions and a commercial guide to identify companies that want to work in Iraq."/ End 8
