IS Adam for real?

10 Cents per dinar?
Don't get me wrong I could live with it, it would make things much nicer then they are now, but ... :
The official documentation for estimating budget said to low-ball budget estimates based on $1.27 per dinar expecting it to be $3.00 +
Maliki, Shabibi, the minister of Finance have all said that the IQD will be the strongest currency in the ME, how can this happen if it comes out at 3/100ths the value of KWD?
They want the IQD to come out strong enough to get the people to stop using USD which they trust and start using IQD that still has to have the confidence of the people restored, what would motivate the people from carrying one of these to carry ten of these instead?
Wouldn't it be premature to pull the 1K, 5K and 10K Dinar notes with values of only $100, $500 and $1000?

Yes, it would, in my opinion, but then again this is IRAQ we're talking about,and that is probably the least of what's bothering them at this stage of the game, Notice the word 'GAME'-

The only thing that the RV being as low as .10, .86 or even $1.30 would do is lower inflation in Iraq.
Not enough money in that to really help Iraq move on to what it wants to do.
But anyone claiming over $4.00 is off also. No currency is worth $4.00 at this time, the IQD is not the strongest currency at this time, could be down the road, but not now.
